I expressed in a previous review that I was un happy w the new owners service. Since then the owner has made several attempts to reach out to me personally. He has called, left me a few messages, wrote a personal card to find out what I was unhappy about. For me I thought that when he took over I was going to loose that personal touch but he has proved otherwise. Service has been great and they have proved that even further when we had a fire in our home recently. There claim process is lighting fast.

This is a wonderful company and the agents are very friendly and helpful. They have always gone above and beyond to help me find the best policies for my family. I would highly recommend this company.
