New to the SSM Dean system and this town. There are only float Drs and NP’s at this clinic. My experience with the other staff was at first not good (Not listening to the Patient and assuming) I was hesitant to meet Dr Ernst. He completely won me over just by being himself. He’s kind, empathetic and really takes his time and listens to the patient. I wish he was my regular doctor. I now enjoy going to this clinic. I didn’t before. It’s hard enough to be injured and not feeling well and to add to that the fact that you don’t like your doctor or drs office was awful. This is no longer the case. Thank you to Dr Ernst! You are an asset here and I wish you would stay! Thank you!

I find all the staff to be friendly and competent. My Dean primary care doc is in Madison. For blood-draws, flu shots and other routine procedures, because I live in Evansville, going to this clinic is so much more convenient. incidentally, I don't know how I'm identified above; my real name is Fred Juergens.

I've been here at least 5 times, they staff is usually professional, however on my last visit it wasn't the most friendliest atmosphere. The lady who serviced me was very dry and somewhat rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something..
But I'll continue to use their service for my needs.

I have always been treated with respect at this clinic.
