“Tim, Chris and all the guys there who worked on my 07’ Toyota Camry yesterday afternoon, just want to say thank you so much for everything. My car broke down 350 miles away from home on the Chesapeake bridge after the first tunnel and got my car towed to Big Al’s and Tim and the other guys were fast, honest, kind, and just awesome. They checked my car right away and told me my caliper bolts were loose and one came out in the highway. It was scary but he helped me and fixed it all right away. My entire family and I are so grateful for this place. Closest to the bridge too. He fixed it, tested it and it ran smoothly for the next 350 miles. Thank you so much again. He was on point with the exact info I needed to provide to get EXACTLY the correct part! I was told only the dealership carried them and the price was 5x as high from the wonderful dealership that had none in stock. Dwain dealt with my frustration and lack of knowledge with that of an absolute expert at his profession and the was hugely helpful with a kindness I had completely unexpected.
