Jessica was absolutely amazing!!!! Public Storage chose the best property manager to represent this organization. I’ve had good customer service; but great customer service is what I received today and that’s so hard to come by these day. Jessica was extremely patient, thorough and informative and I left with no questions to ask later. She deserves a raise, a vacation and anything else good that I can’t think to mention at the moment. I dealt with this specific location after the death of my 35 year old daughter. I was a trainwreck when I got there to clear out my daughter's unit. I specifically want to thank Jessica for being patient, kind caring and compassionate with me. She even helped me figure a solution for clearing out the unit. I would totally recommend this particular location because it is staffed with the absolute best!
