Ownership changed hands again! However, I am very impressed with the level of customer support given to me by Dan upon realizing my autopay did not transfer from old ownership to new ones. So I went in person to clarify to be wonderfully received and having any and all issues resolved and getting my autopay re-set to recognize the new owners. He’s a great approachable guy with a great story. He’s eager to please and provide excellent customer care! The place is clean and secured.

I must say I’ve been a customer at this storage for almost a year and Thomas has been SO very helpful and accommodating the whole time! Very professional. Easy to speak to. Honest and straight forward. If it weren’t for him and his great customer service on my first initial visit, I honestly probably would’ve never gotten a space here at this storage. If I could give a 10 star I would definitely do so. Thank you Thomas for being such a great and understanding person. 🙏🏽

And he also have all the latest styles of frames that you won’t find at the chain eye care centers and the prices are right! Thanks Dr. Morgan for keeping my family seeing well!!

This is hands down the best vision practice I've been to in my life! Everyone that works there is beyond helpful, and super friendly. I literally paid out of pocket on a whim, and it was the best money I've spent in 2021 so far. Dr. Morgan was amazing as well. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. So happy I found this place!

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Morgan. He and his staff were amazing. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived. The staff took my info and immediately took me back to the exam room. Dr. Morgan came in minutes later. He was extremely thorough with the exam and he explained each step completely. He ensured everything was wiped down before and after he examined me. He made sure I understood all the processes. I then looked at glasses and the young lady who was new did and excellent job and was very friendly and had a great personality. I was extremely happy with the whole process!

Dr. Morgan’s office is the best doctor in the Tidewater area. He is kind and understanding. I love that he is always staying up to date on new technologies. The staff is awesome they always make me feel welcomed. They are amazing at helping you pick out the perfect eye glasses. They are honest. Forever my eye care!!!!!👏🏽

Dr Morgan is the best and he really does care for his patients and their families. He always ask about not only my eyes but just in general how I am. When I asked him to check my father's eyes he didn't hesitate. I love that I always receive a handwritten note after my visits as well. Always commenting on something we discussed during my visit.
