“I was absolutely dreading getting a breast pump. Trying to pick out a good one, dealing with the doctor, not to mention the paperwork for the insurance claim. But Tidewater Lactation took all that worry away. Considering this is my first time getting a pump I wasn't sure how to go about it. (Even though their location is kind of confusing) Not only were they nice they dumbed down everything and explained what I needed to get the pump. And all that was required was a RX from the doc which was just a phone call. After that it was just dropping the RX off at the group during business hours and picking out which pump I wanted. ( Which the receptionist so very kindly and patiently explaining the pros and cons of each, bless her.) THAT'S IT! I chose the Spectra S2 not only could I decide wether or not to pick it up in person or have it shipped to my house, if they had it in stock I could have taken it home the same day. Even with it not in stock it arrived at the office within a week and then was priority shipped to me in one day! And to top it off.. they handled the insurance claim for me!! Will definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone.”
