“Wow didn't realize it's been so long since i updated my previous mostly negative two star review and though the retail aspect has drastically improved one constant with this location is the pharmacy specifically George the pharmacist who went well out of his way to take my call several times on a Sunday but went so far as contacting my doctor and getting everything lined up for me. As for the retail improvement i can only say if you could just CLONE Victoria but then what would i have to throw tantrums about when everyone remembers and uses my name and has impeccable customer service ethic along of course with an infectious smile!? Well we're lucky to have them...oh there a pharmacy assistant that's pretty fantastic too but i don't know her name.”

“Edit::: I returned this morning and spoke with the owner and had NO issue. She was super polite and helpful My daughter went to the store yesterday to get me a Pepsi they were 2 for $3.75. She picked up one reg Pepsi and accidentally grabbed a wild cherry pepsi. I went to the store today to simply and kindly ask to exchange the non opened wild cherry for a reg one. The woman looked at me with distain and was told No. I explained she got the drink for me and when i noticed one of them was the wrong flavor i had just dropped my car off at the shop and had no way to come back last night. I got my car back today and at my earliest convenience came in to exchange i didn’t want a refund. Mind you i live in the area and frequent visit this location and was still told adamantly No. i was told come back in the morning to speak to an owner i find that appalling. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Customer service was terrible.”

“This place is really improving.I know and understand the bad reputation this place got from previous owners, but I personally know the new owners and they are the nicest people and doing their best to make whatever improvement necessary.. This couple have been working 24/7 for the past year + with no help..Several months ago they hired a woman to help and things are improving a lot...The place is cleaner, brighter, more organized and the owners now have time to relax and rest to where there not so tired and stressed which has improved the overall atmosphere.Reviews are important but things do change so please stop in and get your own experience before you avoid it all together..And to mentionntye food is awesome..”
