You don’t have to be flexible or super fit, this is an inclusive loving place that supports you on your fitness journey wherever you may be on it! You can tell the instructors have such a passion for self expression and I always leave feeling empowered and excited to come to the next class to learn more new things!! Seeing the instructors and higher level students do insanely beautiful combinations and tricks is so inspiring, and the most rewarding feeling is really being able to see my own progress after a few months of going to classes every week! “I accidentally gave front desk employee too much money ($200) and she gave back to me. That is Very Honest! I was impressed! The staff is wonderful. I arrived early and front desk employee was just setting up and the place wasn't open but i had to go to the restroom SO badly. She let me go. The woman who gave me the locker for my stuff, gave me the scrubs, hooked my i.v. up was there for me during the entire MRI. That made me feel a sense of calm. She had a very good attitude and was very caring. The i.v. went in with no pain or fuss. She was good at it. Thank you so much for finding the renal cell carcinoma.
