He was very knowledgable about each item, took the time to talk me through what each tool was capable of, and even had a demonstration of what cleaning up my German Shepherd's hair would be like. He was so easy to work with, personable, and even gave us some space after the demonstration to discuss our likes and dislikes before we made our final decision. (I can't stand when salesmen hover over you and don't let you have time to think!) After we decided to buy the vacuum, we came back the next day with a concern that was fixed within minutes.
