“It’s been stressful moving. A lot of the storage places have no more space. I happen to come across Life Storage and I decided to place a reservation. Kim from Life Storage called me within minutes after the reservation, but I was unable to pick up. I tried to return and left a voicemail. I assumed I’d probably won’t here back after the weekend. She attempted to call me again as she was about to leave for the day. She was very pleasant and informative. She happily answered all questions since I’ve never rented a unit before. Today, I met with the manager to complete the process and Kim left him notes so he’s aware of what’s going on. He showed me to the unit and I was impressed by the customer service received with Kim and the manager.”
