He was on point with the exact info I needed to provide to get EXACTLY the correct part! I was told only the dealership carried them and the price was 5x as high from the wonderful dealership that had none in stock. Dwain dealt with my frustration and lack of knowledge with that of an absolute expert at his profession and the was hugely helpful with a kindness I had completely unexpected. “SBC stands for Styron Building Corporation and is run by Ryan Stryon. There's a lot of good things to say here, but by far it's most important asset is Ryan himself. At first you might say 'duh', but here's the thing...Ryan comes across as the consummate, professional contractor while at the same time being very personable and approachable. He is extremely knowledgeable yet listens to you so that you get what you want, but it gets done correctly. I had a FROG, but the design just didn't work for me (mostly due to the ceiling height). So I contacted Ryan, we came up with a plan, and OFF came the entire room (I'm proud to say that I came up with a project he had never done before)! He was very conscientious and made sure to address even the smallest detail. Naturally I had concerns/questions along the way, and he never gave me the impression that he was tired of talking to me. As I understand it, he does much bigger jobs than this. But when we did this job, he gave me the impression that my project was the most important one at the moment. He mentioned that he'd like to step back from the 'site' stuff a little, which in my opinion would have taken away from my 'piece of mind'. Knowing he was directly involved, seeing him constantly at my house, made me appreciate his efforts even more. Probably the only thing I'd like to see him do is bring a 'designer' onto his staff to help with issues not directly connected to the construction aspect. Thanks for all the help Ryan.”
