They moved our furniture carefully, ripped out our ugly old carpet, and refinished the floors beautifully (and recommended new carpet in the areas they thought would look bad due to big flaws in the floor). When the 2019 trim took the stain quite differently from our 1897 floorboards, Dan experimented with various stains and gave me numerous samples till we found one that worked. Then they came out and meticulously restained every piece of trim. They were determined to make us happy, and they did. Great, great company to work with.”
