Capitol Pancake House

Amazing pancake house! Our waitress was super nice and caring. We ordered mimosas, the strawberry kiwi was the better one, strawberry banana was good but the kiwi was best. The chicken and waffles were huge and filling loved it. The breakfast sampler is massive, you can easily split this with two people lol

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We came into town for the Busch Gardens Christmas light event and found ourselves at the Capitol Pancake House the following morning.

We pulled in and the place was pretty busy, but we didn’t have to wait long as we were promptly greeted with a smile. (Forgot our waitresses name, sorry!) The food and service were just stellar.

Our meals came out quickly and nobody was disappointed. I consider myself a bit of an omelette aficionado, but there aren’t many places to get a good one in Maryland. I was very pleased and enjoyed every moment consuming my “The Works” omelette. I highly recommend the Capital Pancake House, not that they really need any further endorsement, as you can see they have countless happy customers “singing” their praise on Google reviews.

Great food and service. Everyone was friendly and the mimosa was really good. Our server was Justyce and he did a fantastic job. He got the food to us quickly, welcoming, and did a great job making sure we were taken care of.

I continue my tour of the numerous Williamsburg Pancake Houses. I enjoyed the Capitol Pancake House. I had the Breakfast Sampler. Eggs were properly cooked at the requested over-easy. Grits were creamy. Sausage, Bacon, and Virginia Ham were all tasty. Most importantly the pancakes are spot on. My only recommendation is they get butter in larger sizes. I had to open about 10 to butter my grits and pancakes. The service was good.
