  “This is my last hope”. My wife suffered with severe chronic lower back pain for 18 months. Could not comfortably sit in a chair, car, lay down to sleep without often debilitating pain. Having spent significant time and resources on tests and physicians to help. Too many epidurals by pain management doctors which were painful and provided minimal and very short term relief. Hence she shared the previous comment with Dr. Wilding with a low confidence level of getting real help. It has been about three months now and She cannot believe the improvement. She is feeling so much better, it seems surreal. Based on this, I decided to see if he could help with a back injury I received some 12 years ago. Amazingly, it is much improved and having had open heart surgery, it was complicated due to the breaking and reattaching of my rib cage. So now my sister in law is going for an issue where she also was receiving regular epidurals, and she feels better. So here is our advice, make him your first resort and not your last. You are treated on time by a wonderful and welcoming staff. Suffer no more, you need to go here.

  I had been seeing a different doctor for many years but his location was an hour drive away and I was nervous about finding a new doctor. I found Dr. Wilding on the internet and gave him and his staff a shot based on reviews. The reviews where spot on. He and his team are top notch. They make you feel welcome and truly care about your comfort and health. My first visit was very thorough. Dr. Wilding asked a ton of questions about my history and current problems and he had no problems respectfully calling me out on some not so great behaviors with regard to my health:) I have since been seeing them over a month now at least twice a week and there service and care has only improved. Thank you guys at CFC!!! You have have given me back my mobility and that is priceless.

  Dr. Wilding is amazing! I have been seeing him since the beginning of Dec and I have never felt better! The headaches are pretty much nonexistent (the couple I've had....Dr. Wilding knew without me saying so), the mobility in my neck is the best it's ever been, and my lower back feels better than it has in a long time! Dr. Wilding, in my opinion, is the best there is hands down! I also have to add that his office staff is extremely professional, great to work with when scheduling or changing appointments, and I really look forward to seeing them all....they are that welcoming 😃

  The staff is amazing. I am always welcomed and feel very comfortable. I have had little to no wait times when visiting. Dr Wilding is awesome. He has provided excellent care for me. I am almost pain free and can do things i havent been able to do for awhile without pain.

  Dr. Wilding has been working on my shoulder for three months and I have seen almost 100% improvement. I am so grateful to not have the shooting pains down my arm and all the aching. He has been working with me on my back also and my posture from sitting at a desk all day for work. I am grateful and absolutely satisfied with the results and will continue to see him for maintenance and continue to see the massage therapist. I highly recommend Dr. Wilding to anyone that is looking for help with neck, back or joint issues. He will assess the problem area and give you honest, valid treatment options. It is also a joy to visit with the staff at my appointments. Everyone in the office is pleasant, caring and always so welcoming.
