Anna is a phenomenal massage therapist who brings professional training and a beautiful compassionate nature to every session. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people feel better through the different massage techniques she utilizes.

Severe neck pain drove me to find a good massage. But when I read that Anna's approach is more gentle physical therapy, I chose to start treatment with her rather than pay for a "spa package." I've not regretted that decision one bit.

After listening to my concerns, she assessed my posture, took in what I thought to be the inciting incident, and gave me the option to choose how much additional information I would like receive in order to assist myself between and beyond the sessions. In extreme pain that first day and lacking sleep, I told her to share anything and everything. I'm glad I did.

Anna creates a safe, nonjudgmental, and serene environment. It is the first place I have felt a sense of peace while trying to rehab my body. I feel listened to, supported, and physically aided by every session. I will continue to be a client of Anna's. I highly recommend her.
