DON'T TAKE YOUR STUFF TO GOODWILL, BRING IT HERE! The salvation Army is a true charity, all of their goods are donated, focusing on supporting the local community without making a profit. There are donation bins right inside the front door, and a shopping cart to bring out to your car. If you need to carry stuff in. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, there's a food pantry just inside, and it's everything you would expect from something to support a community like this.
I wish there was a way to thank donors personally. But I hope they read it here, I feel so truly blessed for my children. To think it’s been a heck of a journey for us. And I added another child to our family, who needed a place to go. I applied for the Angel Tree program for Christmas 2020, and I was in tears today, receiving these beautiful gifts. The thought of my children’s reactions on Christmas Day, will be priceless! Thank you so much for caring, gosh. And thank you to the staff, volunteers, and the Williamsburg PD, who loaded my car with such cheer. I sincerely love Williamsburg and I am glad that we landed in this beautiful town. So no matter how you gave, just know that we are here and we are grateful. With love.
I have always been treated with respect and understanding with most of my experiences there that involved Jan, I believe her name is. She truly wants to help people in their times of need and she is very considerate of your feelings. She does whatever she can, even if it is close to closing time, to help you get the assistance you need. I would go so far as to say, that I love this woman like family and I thank God for him putting her in a place where she can do the most good and touch the hearts of many.
