Honor Yoga Apex

I’ve had Amber as my dental hygienist my past couple visits. She’s always super pleasant, easy to talk to, and takes time to explain what she is doing and why. I’ve never had a hygienist do this and it makes it more interesting. Dr. Vaughn, do what you need to to keep her around!

I had a great experience today! Everyone in the office treated me so good, from the day I called requesting a new patient appointment until the time I left today! I felt very welcomed and I truly appreciated how I was cared for! My hygienist was the BEST I think her name was Bri, she was very knowledgeable, took her time and gave my teeth a great cleaning they desperately needed, and I felt no pain!!! Dr. Vaughan was equally as great, took time evaluating me and great personality and sense of humor which I appreciate! Highly recommend

I joined under their return from COVID shutdown promotion, I was immediately hooked. I usually attend from five to seven days per week. The owners, the instructor staff, and assistants are amazing, I am very lucky to have such a great community in my life! I'm a military retiree and disabled veteran with many injuries throughout all of my joints and yoga is the only thing that I have found to help, after the last 7 months I have seen a major decrease in pain and some improved range of motion. Honor Yoga in Apex has been my sanctuary, my place for peace, my home away from home. The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming every time I walk into the studio. I come to the studio 6 days a week to dabble in aerial, yoga and barre because each of these classes/teachers give me peace of mind and body to make it through these crazy times. Honor Yoga is truly a special place to come to.

Honor Yoga in Apex is a very welcoming studio where you can work on your body and mind in a very professional and safe environment. I have cancelled my gym membership 4 months ago and have been going to Honor Yoga 3 times per week for very different sessions which include aerial, barre, HIIT and flow. The owners, staff and teachers are great, super friendly and accommodating plus they keep everything squeaky clean and ensure we have lots of space. My teenage daughter is also enjoying her teenage aerial class every week! I highly recommend Honor Yoga in Apex.

I have LOVED my time as a member at Honor Yoga Apex. The owners are so warm and genuine. The teachers are incredibly encouraging and give amazing modifications, which is great for me as I have been off my mat for a few years due to injury. It’s such a positive and welcoming space where you grow just a little bit more each time you step off your mat. We are lucky to have such a wonderful place to live our yoga.

I have found all of the staff and teachers to be professional and kind. Communication with the owners is quick and easy via phone or email. The classes are fun and challenging! Staff can help find exactly the right level classes for you. I really love the “Strong & Calm” and aerial yoga classes and I feel like the unlimited class membership is a great value.

Their COVID19 policies and procedures make me feel like they are as safe as a studio can be at this time.

My family loves coming here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even my 4 year old enjoys coming to the dentist. They make him feel like a super hero! I highly recommend Dr. Vaughan and his dental family! P.S. They will make your child feel safe here, no matter what.
