“In a world where customer service is on the decline and employers cannot retain good employees, Water Country USA bucks those trends. Our visit on Sunday July 17 couldn’t have been better. The park was clean and well staffed by friendly, hard working employees. The staff at WC seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, the customers and coworkers. I’ve rarely visited any business where employees exhibit such good cheer. The staff on the rides were especially good at joking with my semi-nervous niece thus putting her at ease. The absolute standout was James at Traveler’s Treats. He is such a kind, efficient person. This was the strongest team effort I’ve ever witnessed at WC and also the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in the past two years. Expectations were exceeded by a mile.
