“Able to get many things I need and it is near my home but they had only one checker and that was all the personnel I saw. I could not find light bulbs and waited in line behind four people checking out. Got there and clerk did tell me where to find item. I had already gone up one aisle after another but did find item I was looking for. Then had to get in line behind five more people to get to get to check out. Finally able to get out after about 45 minutes which usually would be much quicker!”

“Went to St. Luke's Hospital on June 5, 2018 for a medical procedure. Checked in at 8:15 AM on June 5, checked out on June 6 at 11:30 AM. All went well with the exception of one instance of service on June 5 in the evening. When the nurse made her rounds @ 7:30 PM I let her know I would like to take a walk later in the evening, she said for the 1st walk she needs to be present to make sure I'm stable. I called @ 8:50 & said I'm ready to walk. 9:40 nothing. Take a look @ the info board, 9:40 is my next pain meds. I called again & requested my meds! 9:50 nothing! By now I'm in pain, I called again with a light weight go off; "I called a hour ago for a walk, then I called @ 9:40 for meds and I've gotten nothing! She tried to explain how busy the floor has been. I said busy or not its been an hour, that's unacceptable, so you know it took them another 15 mins, (1 hr 15 mins total), to come. I want to file a complaint! I'm ready to go home! Other than that everything else was good, surprisingly enough, even the food. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone”
