“I’ve been dealing with them since it was Big Al’s. The first time I went there was for some exhaust work on my 1995 Honda Accord. I couldn’t afford the price that was quoted to me for the work. Peter asked me when I got paid. I told him that today was payday, and he asked when my next payday was. I told him in 2 weeks. He said that they would go ahead and do the work if I could pay half and when I got paid again in 2 weeks then I could pay off the balance. I agreed to those terms. I was highly impressed with that. They didn’t know anything about me, and still took a chance on me to not rip them off. When I got paid again I went and paid the balance and told them they have a customer for life. They’re very nice, affordable, and honest.”
