“Excellent instructors, solid teaching with a decidedly traditional flavor, the best workout you will get all week tempered with useful techniques and kata...I and four of my children, ages 10 to 15 are quite enjoying it, even when we feel we can't manage just one more push up...somehow the enthusiasm of the instructors is catching and we (and they) are proud of what was accomplished at the end of class. There is a separate class for younger children, and all the Senseis work hard to make sure each student is taught at their ability level. I highly recommend this Dojo.”

Also, it seems to be a true church where you can learn what a sincere and true religious life is like. “I have nothing but great things to say about this office, their staff and Dr. Syed! I had a pretty bad experience with a previous dentist with just fillings and hadn't been into a dentist since (8 or 9 years!!) but Dr. Syed and all of her staff were so warm and welcoming that they put my nerves right at ease. Dr. Syed has been awesome, she's put in a couple crowns for me now and any time during the process I seem to be uncomfortable or in pain she is attentive and asking if I'm good and makes sure I'm not in pain during the procedures. The quality of work is always top notch, after care instructions are clear, and wait times are minimal. Ive never been happy to have a dentist call me before but now I'm happy to see their office number pop up on my phone!”
