We were able to select another vehicle that was just right. A little more advanced in its features, but just right nonetheless. Marcus was very helpful, friendly and patient when explaining the features in the vehicle. The return process was equally great. I was greeted with a smile and a simplified return process. Wish I knew the young man's name but he has been there the last few times I rented from that office. Very pleasant people to work with!”

“As the creature of habit that I am, I went straight to the location I have been picking up vehicles for years. While the sign is still.out that branch no longer provides services. It took me a while to find the new location., as that sign is small and only on the wall above the door. Once I got in the CSR was super friendly and fast, which made me forgot not being able to find the location. He provided me with 4 options to choose from and was willing to go around and show me more. I went with the first recommendation and we had a super great ride in a 2020 model car. The car had very low mileage on it and was basically new. What surprised me even more was the return. The agent walked over and told me that I could leave the keys in the car and I was done. Wow, that was smooth. Great overall customer service, Enterprise.”
