I can say this honestly, as a military wife traveling from coast to coast and all over the country for the past 20+ years. Her demeanor, knowledge and experience in various studies and fields within the scope of "Neurology", allows for her to diagnose and treat the most complicated cases of migraines. Having migraine issues since late youth gets frustrating and can put me in bed quickly.....she is concerned and cares and is there if any way possible to do trigger points needed or suggest other help. Finally, being in a car accident this past year, and having a concussion, she has been exceptional in the treatment, when I could not focus, concentrate, not put data on calendars or complete daily tasks that should have been easy with a master's, but my mind went to sleep like and yielded a lower level response system. Working with a cognitive therapist, I was able to regain my cognitive abilities back to within my normal capabilities 🤗. When I could not find my vehicle in a parking lot( couldn't drive for months due to physical damage) and panic after months of physical and neurological care or I would stand in the same spot in a store and forgot what I was looking for so an hour later, no progress.....Dr Brown understood and helped with this problem right away. You do not find many doctors anymore who take time, she takes time with her patients and listens and I love that she uses the same paper to put her instructions on so when I see it, I know it is instructions from Dr. B. She loves what she does and it is obvious. Finally, when an error is made by her office staff, she addresses it immediately and calls you to let you know of the importance for critical mistakes not to happen. Awesome doctors apologize and remedy the situations, not blow them off and forget. Amiable, intelligent, understanding, focused, supportive and caring...this is what you will find with Dr. Susan Brown.”
