“Pretty good experiences with my procedures. My only issue is that Dr Rashid never fully communicates. Before I had my colonoscopy/endoscopy he sat in a chair across the room while waiting for the rest of the team to come. He never greeted me or said a word. After the procedure, I was loopy so my sister told me that he was not very commutative when telling her what he found. Since then I've had some hemorrhoids removed and during all but one visit, he said nothing to me only the assisting nurse. I asked one of the workers there once that I wasn't comfortable with his lack of communication but she said that he's like that all of the time. I hate for Dr Rashid to lose patients due to him being so impersonal.”

“Super grateful for this place! Long story short, I woke up one morning and could feel something in my eye (turns out it was a tiny piece of metal--wear your safety glasses, people!). By the next morning, my eye was so inflamed that I couldn't keep it open without being in excruciating pain. I called Enochs, who referred me here and got me seen within an hour of calling. When I got to Schneider, the PA I worked with was absolutely fantastic. (I'm not sure what her exact title is, and I unfortunately don't remember her name, but she had blondish-brown hair and glasses.) She was calm and kind, but also matter-of-fact and efficient, which I really appreciated and respected. Dr. Sajko was incredibly reassuring, as well. Before I left, he looked me in my good eye and said, "It will get better" (emphasis on the "will"). I was so worried when I came in, so the two of validating my pain while also giving me hope that it would be short-lived was exactly what I needed. I followed their treatment recommendations, and a couple of days later, my eye was back to normal. I can't recommend this practice enough!”
