“This might be a little long winded. I’ve been seeing Rusty for a long while now. I came to her after bouncing around from doctor to doctor for most of my life with what I feel has been pretty horrible and treatment resistant OCD. Rusty may not know this but she has walked along side me through so many ups and downs. She has called in my meds at the last second several times because my dumb tail forgot to make an appointment in a timely manner. I was able to easily reach her on a weekend night when I misplaced my medication that, due to it having a very short half life, I could not miss taking. If anyone has been through different medication changes in an attempt to find the right fit, you know how difficult it can be. She’s always provided me with the necessary tools to help me get through those transitions. Her demeanor and attitude are that of what I can only describe as a caring mother. I am thankful for Rusty. So much so that I’ve been seeing her for years paying out of pocket when I could go elsewhere with my insurance. She takes the time every time we meet to ask about my family and my life. She is a blessing. There are two ladies that operate the front desk. One is a younger girl who is always kind and helpful. The other is an older lady that strikes my as the tough granny type lol. But still she is always helpful. Just today i called because I was out of medication and did not make an appointment timely enough so I was gonna run out of medication. It took 1.5 hours for her to get a message to rusty and for rusty to send in prescriptions. I see several negative reviews here, but they simple aren’t my experience. I love this place.”
