“I just had to come write a review after my experience with Doug from DEL Electric because it was SO GOOD. I reached out on a Saturday and although Doug was out of town, he promptly texted me scheduling options for this week. He was available the next business day, so I chose that. He showed up at the time he said he would show up (yay!), and quickly diagnosed the issue causing a number of lights and outlets to not work. He then proceeded to fix it, all the while answering my questions about how things work, and what to look out for with switches and outlets. He definitely knows his trade. When I asked him how much I owed him he said "don't worry about it." Can you believe that?! He didn't let me pay. I will need some chandeliers switched out in the near future and you can bet I will be calling Doug to do the job!! Highly recommend. Great guy & I'll be more than happy to give him my money next time.”

One company told me I need a brand new panel and he was doing it for $2000 at cost.The son kept giving his dad a strange look signaling yes he needs a new panel.The father wrote a quote on the back of his business card and told me you won’t find a lower price. I called around and found Quality and spoke with Sergio. He came out to give me a quote and told me how he could correct the problem. I will always remember the words he told me “quote” I sleep well at knowing that I’m not ripping off my customers, That says a lot about a company. When Sergio told me how much it cost to fix my problem I was in disbelief. He charge me $300 to correct what the other electricians was charging $1500-$2000.
