“My scheduled physical had to be changed to a sick visit last minute. Administration staff was very caring, empathetic and professional. They transitioned me to a sick visit quickly and called me back within 10 minutes. The nurse and Dinah Perdue asked detailed questions to identify my ailment, gave me reassurance my symptoms would be addressed and even offered several times to address any questions I might have. I was pleased to see the bathroom was spotless as well as fully stocked. The pharmacy was right next door which is a blessing when you are sick. The pharmacy representative was very friendly and asked again if I had any questions or concerns. It may have been the best service overall that I have ever received at a medical facility. To every member of staff: Thank you for providing our community with quality care. You are all greatly appreciated!”

“I'm not sure why people are giving this place such a bad rating My experience was great I needed a blood draw for some lab tests. I checked online and there was an available appointment that morning. I booked that and filled out the online information. When I arrived at the center I did the online check in and waited in my car. When my appointment was ready I went inside and showed my ID to the lady. She was very pleasant and helpful. After just a few minutes she took me to the back room and drew my blood. I was out of there within 10 minutes.”

“I went there ,and had positive experience.I don’t know all staff to vouch but I will say some of the staff and nurses there absolutely changed my life went above &beyond and truly made me realize I am not alone ,as well taught me tools to help me overcome my anxiety.Nurse Debbie, from the short time I communicated and spent with her. She was genuine ,kind and compassionate .Nurse Victoria I won’t ever forget, she was understanding and sweet, and made me realize no matter what I go through I am not alone.Counselor Tonya helped me learn my triggers for anxiety, tools on how to calm myself down and has a genuine love of what she does and helping people.Doc Brent was a great doctor and really listened the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because at last minute they end up switching my doctor, and I don’t truly believe of one of diagnosis is being accurate as he only spoke for me for 5 minutes and I don’t agree that I have 5-6 symptoms in the Dsm5 for one of the diagnosis he gave me at all,I should of spoken up but truly I had alittle anxiety of the length of my stay and wanted to go home , I would of been labeled a watermelon if it would of let me go home after week.The places is good place to go for help, but sometimes being in that environment with all types of people can be overwhelming as people go there for various reasons, I am happy I got the help I needed and would recommend”
