I was so nervous going here as I've had some really terrible experiences in the past regarding mental health. The nurse could tell my anxiety was through the roof.. clammy hands, high blood pressure, etc. Once Dr. Olinger came into the room it was like a ray of sunshine 🌞 on my 🌨️ cloudy day. She listens, she's kind and empathetic. She's an absolutely amazing doctor. Whatever you see her for, just know you are in good hands. The nurse was very sweet also. “Our family was visiting Great Wolf Lodge when our 1 year old fell and busted his head. We were directed to Velocity urgent care and were blown away by the care we received. The front staff was welcoming and immediately sought a nurse to ensure they could treat his injury before we checked in. Once that was confirmed we were able to get right back and they were so patient and kind going above and beyond to make sure we were both as comfortable as possible. The NP explained everything they would need to do and did everything with excellence and compassion. The other nurses/assistants did their best to soothe my son through the procedure, which included 4 stitches. It was truly amazing and we are so appreciative of their care for our family!”

“This is an awesome place for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Patients will receive personal one-on-one therapy and each appointment will last for one hour. In addition to therapy, they also offer Dry Needling, Cupping, and many other specialized treatments. Patients are treated with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend them. “I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”
