“The office staff is amazing, specially Leslie. I called for a persistent medical complaint and spoke with her- she ensured me she would take care of the problem. She followed up promptly and the MD sent a prescription to a pharmacy near my vacation home we were staying at. She was empathetic and treated me with compassion. As a medical professional, I know how the supportive staff makes the office what it is. Leslie and all the staff (Nurses, Scheduling Team, Medical Assistants, Leadership) at Roosevelt Family medicine thank you for what you do for the patients.”

“I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”

“I was a patient at Norfolk consulate health care. When I came here from the hospital I could not sit on the side of the bed, could not walk, and was not able to dress myself. Working every day with Amanda from physical therapy and Tracie from occupational therapy I am now able to do everything and it is a blessing. Through the help the the therapy department and other staff I am able to do a lot more, get around better, and most importantly use the restroom on my own.”

When I asked him to come back to move another outlet, he did so promptly, and again at a very reasonable cost. He followed up with me to make sure I was happy with what he’d done.
