“So where do I begin ? From going to a lot of places and traveling and shopping at many Walmarts. This by far has to be the best I’ve even been to. The faculty are just so nice and attentive I believe the manager Jeffery is excellent and on point. I’ve seen him work with other employees and watched the leadership as a manager he’s carried to reflect on the entire store and I like that in a day of corporate American shopping everyone in this Walmart was on the same agenda. Shelf’s we’re stocked information was given quickly and questions were answered. “I hear people say 'Decorum is Expensive'. Hold on... Their prices are higher in some cases, but not always. They have decent sales, but the experience and quality they offer are valuable. I understand if someone wants to order a $500 sofa from Wayfair, but that's not what this is. I have made a number of small purchases from Decorum over the years, and recently purchased a sofa. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, smelled good, and had many items to choose. Walter was great! He listened to my ideas on new decor and offered helpful suggestions. I didn't just buy a sofa... I spoke with an expert! And the sofa... is fantastic! The reputation of Decorum... is true!”

THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! “We love our new Paramount mattress. This was the only mattress we both liked. She likes a firm mattress and I prefer soft. This mattress was the perfect combination of both, sturdy mattress with excellent support and a comfortable pillow top. The mattress is a bit thicker than most. We were concerned that our sheets wouldn’t fit, but that wasn’t a problem. We’ve never slept better. Money well spent.”

“I never ever write reviews. I just get too lazy. But I felt COMPELLED to write one for this service. Doyle is the truth. He was at my house within 10 minutes of calling! I definitely got lucky though as it was on his way to another job, so just keep that in mind. The point is that he’ll Make every effort to get to you as soon as he’s able to. As for the job, I had very little for him to work with in spare carpet to use for bare spot repairs. He still made it happen! Much better than I anticipated. For the cleaning, I had paint stains, animal stains, you name it. Considering it’s very old carpet, it’s the best it could ever get. He’s a one-man show and does excellent work and a very fair price. Support your local small-business! He’s worth every dollar!”

“Everyone at this location was very friendly and quite helpful. We chose this facility because of its location. We will definitely be using it again next summer. A week after we had moved in all of our belongings and left St. Louis we got a call from the office. They had been doing their random weekly checks and noticed that we had not properly locked our unit. They called me immediately. Unfortunately, we were 12 hours away. We mailed them one of our keys and they properly locked our unit for us after taking a picture of all the items inside. Three months later we clear out from the unit and everything was there. We appreciate their honesty and concern.”
