“When the store first opened they were kind of a mess. But they have been there a while now and have gotten it together more. Their drivers are always friendly and if I ever had an issue (rarely) they were kind about fixing it. I would give 5 stars but I do have one complaint. I always put "well done" in the special instructions for my pizza and it never, I mean never, has been made well done. Which is unfortunate. I don't like having to preheat my oven when I know my pizza is coming because I will be putting it my oven to finish cooking. If they would start cooking the pizza well done like I ask for, they would get that other star.”

It's located in the same building/plaza as the NEX minmart on Midway Rd, it is not in the ESG-2 HQ(update: as of Feb 5 2020 the location is correct) 5. Secondly, other reviewers comments about slow service is relatively correct, but the new management is keeping stocks of produce and bread fresh. I haven't had a bad sandwich yet. I'll reserve full judgement once they've had a chance to train the new staff, which is friendly, and they make a good sandwich.”

“I have known about this spot for a while now and even sat down and had a bite in the actual restaurant many times before COVID. The quality of the pizza slices are great. I had the wings before too and they were yummy, just a hint of spice. The salads are nice and fresh. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is kept clean. The customer service is ok. Always received my food in an acceptable manner except one time. I had one issue with one order years ago that was not dealt with in the most humble way from the management so for that reason I give 4 stars.”

“Every time we order from Papa Johns the food is always great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if need be. If we get delivery it’s usually the same driver which is nice to have a “regular driver” deliver food because that way the driver starts to know you and know what you like and don’t like so you get to know the driver. All in all my local Papa Johns is awesome I highly recommend them they are great.”
