“Bekins was assigned to do my move for the military and needless to say Gustavo and his crew were absolutely AMAZING and the nicest 3 guys I ever met. They asked where I was moving too and I said Hawaii and they went double triple overtime with making sure my stuff was super packed and secured in all my boxes, made sure to wrap my couch up like they were moving their own furniture, and to add they came a day earlier than scheduled and waited 45 minutes until I arrived from work and were super understanding “that work life happens but him and his guys were there to make my move as easy as possible” I cannot thank these 3 guys enough and whole heartily have the strongest recommendation for people to come move you! When I come back to VA I hope to see these guys again!!! Beckins these are super stellar employees and deserve a raise!! Side note Bekins was also super flexible with scheduling things in a 48 hour time frame when they were handed my account super last minute. At first I was using them to hang up boxes but after a little bit of time I used them to hang up clothes, bags and other materials that I used often. “The delivery guys fell into a window in my hallway and broke it, but they called their manager to report it immediately. The manager then called me within the hour to resolve. They offered to have someone out to fix it asap, but I know how to fix old single panes, so I did it myself and submitted reimbursement for materials to save everyone some money. When I got the check, I saw they had topped off my request with a little extra for my trouble. I am blown away by the goodwill this company showed in resolving their mistake was second to none in a world where you have to fight to get anyone to own up and be decent. Seriously, I cannot remember the last time such a thing was handled with such speed and compassion.”
