We had an issue with our delivery, and with no hesitation, he called his dispatch person to get the ball rolling on a clam. We took possession of the product to see if we could still use it even though it looked like it might be damaged by the box. Turns out they were fine, buy the claims company for Saia even followed up to make sure we had what we needed.”

We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. This place is nice and clean and it eliminated my worries about storing my furniture in a dirty storage unit. I would highly recommend.”
