They showed up early so we could try and beat the heat, literally laid out the red carpet to protect floors, and cleared rooms in record time. They even stopped at storage on our way to our new home which was quite a distance with our lovely VA traffic. The team was polite and courteous. They were all very professional. My husband, son, and I also jumped in to assist and they were very encouraging to my 14 yo. This was a hot and brutal day and the guys didn't complain once. Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.”
