Sean was very accommodating and when told we had a tight delivery timeframe he made sure he got to our place early to pick up the couch so our delivery people could bring in the new one. Jay is amazing and first spoke with him over the phone, he remembered me when I came in person and patiently walked me through all the steps with my ton of questions as a first timer. David, the manager, was super helpful and gave me wonderful tips on the right way to store my belongings, and how to successfully make the most out of my experience storing. Dilsa who helped me with a second unit went above and beyond as well with more tips and she has a great personality, they all do. All very professional but as a caveat honestly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location with their outstanding team’s customer service.”

“These guys were so fantastic! I moved to my apartment today and had everything in a storage unit. Upon moving all my items into the truck, my dad and I realized we needed some help. These guys answered on the first ring and were able to help us that same day, which was incredible considering I called so late in the afternoon looking for help. They had a longer than expected call prior to mine, and kept me up to date on everything going on. They were so friendly even though they were exhausted from a long hard days work, and they definitely have my business from now on should I need this kind of assistance again. They had the truck emptied out and put nicely into my apartment within 30 minutes to an hour, and I had a fully loaded 20 foot truck. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you guys!!!!”
