The work crew was efficient. The site/project manager introduced himself and gave us his card in case we had any problems or concerns (which we did not)! “Excellent quality and service. We had water spots in our ceiling and our roof had suffered hail damage. Nick Santschi, from St Joseph's Roofing walked us through the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We flip flopped back and forth on some options and Nick was very response and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our final selection. I was very impressed. The crew did their job in one day. They were very careful and considerate of my neighbors property (we are a middle unit in 3 townhomes). The follow up with St Joseph's was very professional and detailed. They got up on the roof and made sure everything was done properly and nothing was amiss. Everything was perfect. I was expecting to find some debris or a few nails in the yard or maybe under a bush. I didnt find anything. They even cleaned up behind the bushes right up against the wall. Nick and his crew are very impressive. And their ability to work with All Claims Pro to handle all the details of the Insurance Claims was a huge boon as well. We didnt have to lift a finger or spend any time on the phone with the Insurance Company. Very impressive. I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing.”

“We contracted Dynamic Renovations this Spring for a new 20'x20' Trex deck to replace our 20-year old wooden deck. Bill was great to work with. He met us multiple times at our house during the planning process to go over options and design, took care of county permitting, and was on site during construction to lead the project. He worked with us to make small changes on the fly and knocked the finished product out of the park. It's evident that Bill appreciates quality materials and a finished product that the customer will love. The entire tear down and construction took one week, and workers were onsite every day. We’ve received a lot of compliments on the deck and have spent more time enjoying it than we ever did our old deck. We highly recommend Dynamic Renovations for new deck construction!”

“The sales person that came to my house to look at my bathroom was not well informed about what they could do. He went over everything with me about the materials, how they would do the changes from tub to walk-in shower. The reason I say he was not well informed is, when I told him that there may not be a sub walk and that there may be some damage behind the shower wall. I ask what would happen in that case. He told me that what ever they come across it would be taken care of. He gave me a time when the materials would be in and when the job would be done. That was 8/23 for materials and done by the end of day on 8/30. I got the call that the materials was in but the day of insulation was 10/5. The gentleman that came to do the installation was very nice good customer service. He explained thing to be about how he was going to do the installation. He got to the point of taking out the old backsplash and from some subfloor damage and structural damage. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the company doesn’t do the kind of work. I informed him what I was told the day the sales person came. He was very informing on what I had to do before he could finish the bathroom. I had to find someone to fix that, after I was told they could fix what ever they needed. I was with out a shower for days. I call to speak to someone but got the runaround. That person I was told I need to speak to was Chris. Never got a call back from him. The walk-in shower looks great. The sale person are not informed or just don’t know. I would give the salesperson a two star , the installation gentlemen a five star. Chris is not a good special project representative. He never returned any of my 4 calls to him.”

“I would like to thank R.A. Woodall Roofing for replacing the siding on our four season room. We found some unexpected rotting in our wood siding so Alan and Team replaced it with PVC as well as corrected some wood rot issues. In order to fix our issue all the siding had to be removed down to the insulation and then replaced with underlayment, plastic seal, and then flashing and PVC. “Optimum is wonderful and would highly recommend! We had a leak in our dining room ceiling and they were able to fix the leak AND repair and repaint the drywall damaged by the leak for a very fair cost. The workers were very conscientious about keeping their work contained and our home clean. The company owner followed up the same day to review the work. They are incredibly honest as well - when fixing our leak they discovered some rotting. Instead of catastrophizing the finding, they sent us pictures of it and noted that a repair is something we should keep on our radar and plan to fix. Optimum also installed a lovely skylight in our home under the previous owners and we have never had a problem with it. We plan to also use them to put a patio in this Spring, and bathroom remodel next year. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. You won't regret using them for any home improvements!”

John was very good about communicating the schedule, getting the subcontractors in on time, and moving things around when a delay in the cabinets (not his fault) caused jobs to shift. The job site was kept relatively clean (always hard, but nice when a contractor pays attention to it), and the intrusion of not having a kitchen for two months was minimized as much as they could. The final cost was commensurate with the estimate. I recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.”
