“In response to Ms Carla's review. Although she is a nice person she does not know landlord tenant law, and wanted me to do things that are outside the scope of of the law. Also I was not her manager, I came into the middle of a situation to try to help her. She wanted the home she was renting returned back to new condition at the tenants expense, I tried to explain I could only charge the tenant for items that were not normal ware and tare. While the tenants were living there she refused to allow me to do any repairs, when the homeowners association demanded exterior repairs she made me do things like have the rotted wood painted over. I inspected the townhouse five times and made suggestions, gave her updates, and pictures every time I went. The tenant held over for 3 weeks from the date he said he would move out, she called me many times to "get them out " I explained I could not just move their things out, I would have to go through the courts. After many talks with the tenant I was able to get him to move out, he did so on a Friday. She demanded I do all the work needed by Monday,this was not easy, but I did everything I could under the law. and had it complete over the weekend so she could move back in. Then the tenant contacted her directly, and somehow I became the bad guy For the following two weeks she did not return my calls, or try to contact me. In her review she says I did not help the tenant find a new home. One reason is he never asked, and given his actions I would not rent to him again. William E Wood nor I did anything wrong. As I said she is a nice person, just very frustrated.over a very confusing situation.”

“I've had a great experience with Brandermill Animal Hospital! They are patient, thorough and clearly love what they do. Not the cheapest place, but reasonable. The only reason I can't bring myself to give them a five is for charging "extra" to bring your pooch in on a weekend - unless that policy has changed? That was a normal-biz day for my old vet. But I stay there because they are nice, reliable, professional and good with the pups.”

“I had to euthanize my pet and the staff at Columbia Pike made this process as easy as possible for me. It started when I called and spoke with Alexandra at the front desk. She was so kind and she answered all my questions. She explained my options and told me to take my time and to come in when I was ready. They were very important and needed to be obtained immediately because they were for city contracts. Being as though I am always slammed with one of our restaurants, I usually am doing things at the last minute and rushing. The last 2 times this has happened, Jennifer and Angie went out of the way to get me exactly what I needed and it was not easy! These were not common, everyday request. They were certain types of specific insurance that needed to be obtained in order for me to keep the contract. They did it with a smile, did it with speed and efficiency, and were still sweet, kind, caring and funny the whole time.We understood each other about how slammed we were across-the-board. “East beach is absolutely awesome. My sweet baby daisy had the worst ear infection. It was horrible, and they squeezed me in and gave her amazing care. All of the staff is very compassionate. It was Daisy’s first time there and she was scared, but they made sure she was comfortable. Her ear issue is completely resolved after 10 days. I am so thankful. Plus the price was extremely reasonable. We will be coming back ! I highly recommend.”

“We have been bringing our pets to Springfield Veterinary Center since it was founded probably around the year 2000. Our pets have thrived under the care of Dr. Chris Scotti. I took Leah, our boxer-hound mix, for her vaccinations today and wow did they have their coronavirus protocols firmly established! You pull into a parking spot and place your dog in an outside "run" at the appointed time. A staff member speaks with you briefly about the expectations of the visit (both you and she/he are wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing) and you return to your car. The doctor calls you after the exam is completed, then your dog is returned to the run. You pick up your dog, call the front desk to pay the bill, and then leave. This is a solution which I think works well for the coronavirus long run and shows care and concern for you and their staff. Nonetheless, I do miss meeting Dr. Scotti in person but I understand the reason behind this approach. Springfield Veterinary Center, thanks so much for the care you have provided to our furry family members going into our third decade with you!”

“I can not speak highly enough of Dr Bell! She was so kind to me when I brought Miss Kitty in last night. She not only gave my baby the best care she could but she gave ME the best care!! The front desk lady, (her name was Amy, I believe) worked with me to figure out what the best plan of action was. She helped me get it all sorted out so that Miss Kitty could get the abscess cleaned out and back home in just a few hours. If they had not acted as quickly as they did, I am afraid I would have lost her! I can not recommend Bay Beach any higher !! Thank you everyone for all that you did for Miss Kitty and I last night!”
