“Great job as always. Firestone on Highway 99 in Vancouver charged us twice as much money to diagnose the problem and the tried to tell us that the problem was a blown head gasket. Wrong, CRS also ran a pressure test for half the money and identified the problem as a hole in the heater hose. If we had listened to the Firestone representative we would have gotten rid of the car. Thankfully we did not follow Firestones advice. Beware of Firestones diagnoses.”

“Mark charged about the same rate as several other shops that quoted me however some of them did not use the full synthetic spec'd fluid yet charged same. When I asked if he would be taking the rear cover (diff change) apart he said "no". I was pleasantly surprised on pickup that he had. In addition he charged only an hour of shop time and did not charge me for the slip additive because it wasn't on the original quote he gave. I found him polite,honest, and hard working. I'd be happy to support his business again and would recommend him to others. Also very smooth scheduling for it just being him and another mechanic.”

When I dropped my truck off, they had the parts on hand and were able to fix it the same day and they came under their original quote! I wasn't able to come get my truck during business hours and the gal in the came back after hours to take my payment to make sure I got my truck back the same day! I got quotes from other shops and Extra Mile had the BEST PRICING BY FAR! Another shop quoted the same work for 3x the cost! Extra Mile also had great communication throughout the day, sending me texts giving me updates throughout the day. This was an excellent experience for me and I would recommend using them!”
