My youngest has been treated here for a while in the ent office and they are amazing. Great bedside manner and they care about the patients.
Our family are clients of 2 of their doctors at this location. Dr. Haberman and Dr. Bell are both amazing doctors. Their care and respect for patients is so comforting. Recommend these doctors as well as this location.
I met Jen in 2018 when my wife was pregnant with our 5th child. She was a doula for us for our 5th and 6th. As a medical professional I come from a different perspective than many. I’ve met doulas in my line of work (anesthesiology) that I didn’t get along with because they were anti medicine, anti monitoring, or anti interventions. They made me feel like medicine was bad or if my patient wanted an epidural you had somehow failed. This is not Jen at all. What I love about Jen is she takes whatever perspective/goals you have and runs with it. She is respectful and supportive in just the way you have asked/or clearly need. There is no judgement and she is 100% on board with what you birth plan you have laid out. And if medical issues arise she is there nonetheless and is
Supportive all along. I think she’s seen it all including home births, hospital births, and c sections. Whatever your circumstances, she’s ready to be part of the journey with you. We got along so well that Jen has become our close friend. She is like-able and someone you will want at your delivery or the delivery of your significant other. Couldn’t recommend her more.
To try to find the words to summarize all the ways that Jennifer was helpful during both my births and recoveries would be near impossible, but I’ll give it a try. It’s like having your best friend with medical knowledge and a mother’s touch all wrapped in one. She took the time to learn about me, how I deal with hard times and how to best support me. She took that information and taught my husband what would be helpful and boy was that amazing! I was able to focus on birthing our babies while she made sure that the needs of myself and husband were met. Needs ranged from ideas for passing the time, food to understanding what was happening. Going into the first, my husband and I thought “women have done this for years it couldn’t be that hard”, but we hired Jennifer anyways. The moment labor started we found value in her care. The second time we were pregnant, she was one of the first people we contacted to make sure she could be there again. If there ever comes the day to deliver another baby, she will be the we want in the room again.
Dr. Beck is amazing! My daughter has been seeing her for over 4 years now And we couldn’t be happier. Her Nurse Nikki is awesome!! She remembered us from last time, all the little things my daughter told her! People like her are rare!!
Went in to see the ENT Sarah, who was incredibly calming and comforting to my 3 year old. She went above and beyond and relived my sons issue quickly and effectively. I was amazed at how precise her and the nurse were. My son was completely comfortable. They were all well equipped and professional! The whole experience was quick and my son left happier than ever!
A dad's perspective: While I wanted to be the main support person for my wife (Michaela) during labor, I knew that even if I knew the right thing to say or do, my wife would probably not take it so well. This is where Jen comes in. Jen has a perfect attitude, and she can read the room perfectly. She can be light hearted, funny, serious, and most important of all, she is always judge-free.
At 39 weeks, the true value of Jen came through. We found out that our son was breech and Michaela needed to have a C-section (not what we had planned). My wife, being the meticulous woman that she is, did not take this news well.
When we told Jen this information, she prompted a meeting with Michaela. It allowed Michaela to voice her concerns with this change, and Jen explained every step that comes with a C-section. The day of the birth, Jen had us prepared with what was going to happen, making everything a much smoother process. Jen was with us every step of the way and was extremely helpful. She even kept reminding all of the doctors and nurses to allow her in the surgery room.
Jen stayed with us and helped when needed until we were comfortable enough for us to be on our own. There are moments in the weeks after where things feel hopeless and we were just plain exhausted. Jen believes in making sure the mother is supported after birth. She encouraged us to text her whenever and it was a great resource for us and just knowing we have that comforted me at many times.
Jen loves what she does and it shows. Throughout all of the steps we felt taken care of. She is very cautious about setting the boundaries we as the parents wanted. It is an incredible feeling to have someone by your side that you trust and is very experienced in the process that for first time parents, can be very daunting at times. I am referring Jen to anyone I can and we will definitely use her for our next child
