  This is a warm, friendly, competent, and professional dentist office. I’ve been going there for my families care over 25 years (formerly Dr. Sepes). I’ve always been very pleased with the overall service I received until my last visit. I felt my hygienist was informative and skilled but lacked empathy and tact. I left feeling like I had failed an exam and had been chided for not giving more attention to my oral care when I have just gone through loosing my husband. I swear some days it was hard to get out of bed let alone floss every day🤷🏻‍♀️ My interactions with the hygienist just rubbed me the wrong way while the dentist was warm, compassionate and skilled.

  I can’t give enough stars to Dr. Ly! He has helped me tremendously over the years with my dental anxiety, through his calm and patient mannerisms. He does wonderful work too! I have been his patient for years but just met his new team at the new office and everyone was great! Hygienist Kristi was so thorough in cleaning my teeth but also gentle. Dimples has everything you would look for in a dental team! 10/10

  No actual dental work done at this visit, just cleaning and checking teeth. Dr Ly was upbeat and had time to chat a bit. I am definitely going back. Dental technician has been great, the best.

  I’ve been going to Dr Ly for more than thirteen years. When I first discovered him I was visiting in town for the weekend from Seattle when I had a Dental emergency. I have anxiety with dental work and he was able to show me alternatives to local anesthesia and in the end he administered conscious sedation for my procedure and it was like the heavens had opened for me to the fact that I could have dental care without pain! From that moment I was hooked and I began driving from Seattle to see him for all of my dental needs. He is so patient, and friendly and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable with each of my dental procedures. Each time he patiently discusses with me the procedures needed and we make a unique plan for the current visit to keep me comfortable. I’ve now moved to Vancouver and it was such an easy decision when I knew I would have the best dentist in town. I have since introduced my immediate family, parents, grandparents and my children also to Dr Ly. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr Ly!

  I have been going to Dr Ly since I was a kid and he has always been so gentle, kind, and caring. I am a bit apprehensive about dental work but he and his staff always manage to create a calming environment. Gentle jokes and genuine smiles all around. I just had a wisdom tooth out this week, and his staff really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. 5/5 stars ✨
