“Our company uses Code 3 Safety for CPR/First Aid and Fire Extinguisher Training for 12 consecutive years now. Both courses have been fabulous! The classes are easy to schedule and can be conveniently held at your place of business. All of the instructors are or were emergency first responders enabling them to provide a realistic approach as to how to handle an emergency and provide CPR and first aid help. Our instructor is usually Derek. He is clear, engaging, and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor which makes the classes go by quickly and enjoyably. He has good awareness of attendees and will give breaks when he feels it is needed. I can't say enough good things about our experiences and Code 3 Safety’s hands on approach to learning. “This place is very old school, and those kind of places generally make the best stuff. The burger was pretty good but what definitely sold me were the crinkle cut french fries. I don't know what makes those taste better but they always do, and only from a restaurant. I've tried to bake them at home or even deep fat fry them but they never taste as good as they do from a restaurant, probably because of all the other fried foods that leave a little flavor in the fryer. Anyways, the place was pretty good and reasonably priced, and since I'm a big fan of supporting local businesses I'll definitely come back again.”

“To try to find the words to summarize all the ways that Jennifer was helpful during both my births and recoveries would be near impossible, but I’ll give it a try. It’s like having your best friend with medical knowledge and a mother’s touch all wrapped in one. She took the time to learn about me, how I deal with hard times and how to best support me. She took that information and taught my husband what would be helpful and boy was that amazing! I was able to focus on birthing our babies while she made sure that the needs of myself and husband were met. Needs ranged from ideas for passing the time, food to understanding what was happening. Going into the first, my husband and I thought “women have done this for years it couldn’t be that hard”, but we hired Jennifer anyways. The moment labor started we found value in her care. The second time we were pregnant, she was one of the first people we contacted to make sure she could be there again. If there ever comes the day to deliver another baby, she will be the we want in the room again.”

“I went to my previous dentist for 5-years complaining of a toothache. I finally switched to NORTHWEST SMILE DESIGNS and began seeing DR. DAVID K. CHAN. He immediately diagnosed a crack in the tooth under a crown and an accompanying infection, this was confirmed by x-rays. The infection had spread to my jaw resulting in the extraction of the tooth and bone grafting of my jaw. Dr. Chan suggested braces because if I didn't adjust my bite, a new crown would fail again. A post is now in place and as soon as my teeth settle the implant will be placed on the post. My point here is not the treatment plan but the fact that Dr. Chan and his staff does it ALL. From dental surgery to routine cleaning and fillings to orthodontia ... ALL services were performed by Dr. Chan and his premier-class staff. Assistants Patty and Kathy are professional and respectful, giving each patient the time to ask any questions and providing easy-to-understand answers and instructions. Hygienist Chris is gentle and considerate making sure you have the proper cleaning while being aware of each patient's level of anxiety and comfort. I have dental insurance and I am double-covered by my spouses insurance. Linda, in the front office, was in communication with both providers providing coordination of benefits and arranging treatment times in order to maximize my benefits. The office is clean, comfortable and all staff is knowledgeable about the most current Covid protocols assuring each visitor is protected while keeping themselves protected in the process. In short, you can't do better than NORTHWEST SMILE DESIGNS, DR. DAVID K. CHAN and his magnificent staff whether it is simple, routine treatment or more extensive dental surgery.
