“I went to my previous dentist for 5-years complaining of a toothache. I finally switched to NORTHWEST SMILE DESIGNS and began seeing DR. DAVID K. CHAN. He immediately diagnosed a crack in the tooth under a crown and an accompanying infection, this was confirmed by x-rays. The infection had spread to my jaw resulting in the extraction of the tooth and bone grafting of my jaw. Dr. Chan suggested braces because if I didn't adjust my bite, a new crown would fail again. A post is now in place and as soon as my teeth settle the implant will be placed on the post. My point here is not the treatment plan but the fact that Dr. Chan and his staff does it ALL. From dental surgery to routine cleaning and fillings to orthodontia ... ALL services were performed by Dr. Chan and his premier-class staff. Assistants Patty and Kathy are professional and respectful, giving each patient the time to ask any questions and providing easy-to-understand answers and instructions. Hygienist Chris is gentle and considerate making sure you have the proper cleaning while being aware of each patient's level of anxiety and comfort. I have dental insurance and I am double-covered by my spouses insurance. Linda, in the front office, was in communication with both providers providing coordination of benefits and arranging treatment times in order to maximize my benefits. The office is clean, comfortable and all staff is knowledgeable about the most current Covid protocols assuring each visitor is protected while keeping themselves protected in the process. In short, you can't do better than NORTHWEST SMILE DESIGNS, DR. DAVID K. CHAN and his magnificent staff whether it is simple, routine treatment or more extensive dental surgery. The team was fantastic and Dr. Chan keeps his course size small so you get a lot of 1:1 time. Dr. Chan is definitely very passionate for the art of dentistry. “The park is well laid out and clean. We came in on Saturday, when the office is closed. The park sent an app. To get into the laundry and showers, but I could not get the app to work. Common problem I am told. Other than that, the park is quiet and easy to get into. I would suggest getting hold of someone in the office during working hours to make sure to have access to the amenities before arriving if arriving late or on the weekend. The cost of staying is fairly high to not have access to everything. There is somewhat of a kitchen is the same area as the laundry. Showers/bathroom and laundry/kitchen are extremely neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

They came out and couldn't fix it so they gave us back our money-but let us keep the dishwasher. We gave them $50 because we wanted to be fair. We kept it for a while and replaced it a year ago. I was happy with how they handled things.”

“Our boys have taken private guitar, bass and drum lessons at Opus for three years. When our oldest began, we had to really get after him to practice 15 minutes a day. Then, one day it clicked and guitar has become his passion. His instrument is always in his hands or at his side, EVEN for easy access to squeeze in when playing video games with friends. This progression has been so fun to watch as a parent. He has been learning with Garrett from the beginning and they work really well together. He has also participated in Opus' group band a few times a year with a performance at the end of each session. It has given him experience playing in front of an audience and working, learning and growing with a group. The last performance had to be remote, and this opened up a whole new learning opportunity for him - using software to do his own home recordings that could be used to be put together with the others. It stretched him and it was neat to see him learn a new skill. My other son has enjoyed learning drums from Jim. He has been positive, patient, encouraging and has a great sense of humor. It is evident he's passionate about music. Rob and Linda are great to work with. Both friendly and communicative, they have been a breath of fresh air to work with, especially as we all were trying to figure out how to navigate recent lockdowns and constantly changing state regulations with recent events. Definitely recommend!”
