(January 12, 2022, 11:55 pm)When we had a new patio installed and were looking into hard-wire hot tub installation, our hardscape contractor warned us that getting hold of an electrician would be one of the hardest parts. I called Craig straight away and he was able to provide me a rough estimate over the phone. The estimate was very similar to some of the larger electrical contractors in the area, but he was much more responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Craig not only worked around the hardscape schedule, he worked *with* the hot tub installers to make sure that everything was lined up and nothing was left to chance. Everything was done on schedule to spec and at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended.
(January 6, 2022, 8:27 pm)Craig was great! I appreciated how I was able to explain what our electrical needs were over the phone and by sending pictures. He took the time to listen to me and gave his opinion and was so easy to talk to. I feel he truly cares and wants to establish the business/customer relationship, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses where it seems like they just want to be in/out and take your money. I will definitely keep Craig in my contacts for any of our electrical needs. Highly recommend West Coast Electric.
(October 5, 2021, 7:08 pm)Craig was amazing. He responded quickly, was always knowledgeable and helpful, and did top-notch work. When I first contacted Craig, he was able to give me a pretty accurate quote for running an additional line to the backyard, from the breaker box, with just some pictures and a little digging on google maps. He was fantastic at working with the short-notice timing of another component of the project, and I highly doubt I could have received the same level of service from someone else. Cannot recommend Craig enough, would absolutely use him again for any electrical work I needed.
