I have used Ed twice now for emergency calls. He is extremely responsive and honest. We just moved and our fridge and freezer power stopped working. We tried everything and couldn't figure out why. I text Ed and he came out 36 hours later. He found out the issue in 5 minutes and explained to me how to fix it next time. The service call was affordable and educational. I would highly recommend him.
