I moved here from CA (don’t instantly hate me!! I know how you Couves are about that!) during Covid. I immediately got established with the Vancouver Clinic. I found out the second day I arrived in my new apt that I had melanoma. (I’d done tests back home before I left) I had to scramble to find a dermatologist. I was lucky enough to be put in with Dr Graham Clark. What an amazing soul he is! Not to mention a great doctor. Since then I’ve established with my regular PCP, and some other specialty doctors and I have not been disappointed one time. I love the one stop shop of it all. If you leave your doctor need an x-ray, you just go right next door! Same with any specialties I highly recommend the Vancouver Clinic. I feel safe with all of my Doctors there, and my health isn’t at its best right now by any means!
Rosemarie was my provider and very pleasant, indeed. Wait time was minimum, Xray evaluation thorough, recommendations appropriate. Vancouver Clinic has always been a 5-star experience for me and I highly recommend to anyone asking.
All of the Vancouver clinics are excellent. Access in person or online is easy. The staff and the doctors at the Columbia Tech Center were much like every other Vancouver clinic, caring, friendly, professional and respectful of my time while providing expert medical assistance. Making the change to the Vancouver Clinic was a great move for my wife and i. Thanks to you all for the great service.
Everyone was fantastic in the office….the doctor, the nurse were especially kind. It just took an hour to get in to urgent care with an appointment. I understood there was a medical emergency of 2 previous patients that had to be transported by ambulance. I understand, now, that an appointment doesn’t guarantee a short wait.
My wife and I have both started using the Vancouver Clinic for access to a regular GP who is absolutely great. She is obviously very educated and experienced with people such as us who are now considered "seniors." She listens, understands our concerns, and is proactive at helping us treat our medical issues. The reason for only 4 stars is that access to a regular physician at the Clinic is a challenge. Like many other medical institutions, the Clinic is resistant to seniors who don't provide the same monetary profits.
That said, we somehow "made it in" to services and appreciate it greatly. Once we started with our new doctor, she started baseline testing including blood tests which helped determine some issues we'd not known about. Physically I feel better and on a pathway to unproved health: blood pressure, choloresterol, thyroid, etc. I recommend the Clinic especially for the coordinated care. Communications between the various departments is good.
