I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called Summit at 9am and they were able to come at 10am the same day. The two men that came were very professional and respectful, figuring out quickly what was wrong. It was a quick fix, thankfully, needing no replacement parts, so their time was free. They gave me advice on how to contact the faucet manufacturer if more problems arise, informing me that the faucet should have a lifetime guarantee, which I did not know. They were super warm and friendly, 5/5 would recommend Summit and I will go back to them if I have problems in the future.
