I had a total hip replacement done by Dr. Sparling just over 5 years ago. I would describe it as the least invasive major surgery that I've had, and I've had a few.

He and his support staff prepared me for what was coming, advised exercises that I could do ahead of time to increase my comfort after, and generally made me feel confident about the process.

The operation itself went very well, and I had very little "down time" after the fact. I was back to work (I worked at home) literally the day I came home from the hospital.

There is very little scaring at all, and my hip works better than the original ever did in my estimation. I can't imagine anyone doing a more complete, competent job. I would highly recommend him for any procedure within the scope of his practice without hesitation.

I found Dr. Sparling to be an very competent Surgeon. He removed scar tissue from a breast that had rea previouse surgery to remove a large tumor. He also repared a hernia.

Dr. Edward Sparling changed my life. I was in constant pain for the previous two years and his masterful hip replacement surgery not only stopped the pain immediately but gave me mobility back. Dr. Sparling and his staff are highly professional, surprisingly positive and have the skills on a "mechanical" level as well as an artistic level that are simply unsurpassed. I cannot express my appreciation nor my recommendation strongly enough. You can't go wrong!!!
