The staff was wonderful to deal with very accommodating with quick response on call back phone calls, and great reminder calls.
The physician had such wonderful bedside manners, which was very relaxing and reassuring of the outcome. Giving a good description of what's going on and the what is the expected outcome. Thank you

Dr. Sparkling is such a wonderful Doctor. He is very attentive, very direct, compassionate and his bed side manners make you feel secure and valued as a person not just a claim number. I will continue to recommend him to anybody and everybody. Truly thankful.

Professional and safety measures taken when arriving for my appointment. As I entered the building, a staff member had me sanitize my hands, took my temperature and gave me a tissue to use to grab door handles/touch buttons on the elevator. They were friendly and thorough. My appointment was timely and professional. More information would’ve been nice but overall went better than expected. Will continue going to rebound. Only concern was that multiple staff members in the suite office weren’t wearing their masks correctly. One of the workers had their nose and mouth uncovered while the mask rested on their chin. They weren’t eating or drinking, but rather chatting with other workers. Made me feel uncomfortable as I am immune compromised. Besides that the visit went well.

I was greeted at Rebound by a very friendly receptionist, waited just a couple of minutes and was taken to the exam room by another friendly person who went over basic information. Debbi came and was very professional and friendly. Debbi showed me the results of my MRI. Debbi is very knowledgeable, and she went over my situation thouroughly. Debbi explained the alternatives I have for treatment. I am very pleased with the whole experience at Rebound.
I'm especially pleased with Debbi's wonderful care.
