The management for one are all really nice, and understanding. Very down to earth and genuinely good hearted and helpful. Maintenance is quick and easy, they WANT to fix any problems you may have unlike others. They are always doing upkeep which goes to show how much they care about their building and tenants. They allow basically any change to the apartment, just not on the outside of the building of course. Trash is never overloaded. I could go on but you should just check it out for yourself! A++ rating from me”

It has changed management while we have been here and both sets of staff members have always been friendly and accommodating. Since the property has changed hands the property is improving in cleanliness and attention to detail. We have enjoyed our time living here and the location is perfect for us since we both need access to the highway to get to work. The location is perfect for someone who wants access to everything. The parking can be challenging at times if you get in late but a little walking never hurt my feelings. If you're looking for an apartment in Vancouver definitely give this place a shot.”
