“Two of my kids go to FL so far and they have had the best expirence. Our oldest went to WyEast after attending FL elementary and had the easiest year in 6th grade because she had already learned everything they taught in that grade in elementary. The teachers hold the highest of standards for their students and teach can do attitude while making it fun.”

“We just had an 8th grader graduate and he had a wonderful experience at Gaiser. Approachable teachers and administration who respond quickly by phone and/or email, the legacy program and the general vibe at the school made this a wonderful experience for our family. Our daughter will be an 8th grader next year and we are excited to see what her last year in middle school brings!”

“We’ve been sending our son who is on the spectrum to Home Choice ever since COVID started and the regular schools suddenly couldn’t handle IEPs. He goes two days a week and loves it. The staff are knowledgeable and patient, and everyone I’ve come across truly cares about the students. Google Maps shows the wrong directions to this location though. It lists the correct address but sends the user to the old address which was an old elementary school. This should be corrected.”

“My husband , his 3 siblings, my 2 oldest kids went there. Now my two youngest ones r going to this school. Great staff. Clean school. Nice kids. About the new principal, I don't ever see him around. The last one Mr Evan was always out in open . Talking to kids and Parents . Maybe new principle is too busy.”

“The staff is so fabulous here! And the curriculum is a great balance of learning and play. They often say, “our goal isn’t perfection” and I truly believe that! Miss Sharon and her team create excellent structure and routine that prepares the kids for the next step in education. They are all very attentive to the needs of each child and they make you and your family feel at home.”

“OAmazing school. Great teachers. Great students. We're on of the two top schools in the Vancouver school district in athletics and test scores. Teachers are very supportive and helpful. They will help you with anything if you need it or are confused. Most students are very polite and caring and helpful. One of the only, I think the only school in the VPS district that has two electives. 2 electives create happy students who get to try things that they may not have time to do outside of school. Students get a break to do something fun. Thomas Jefferson really encourages student involvement. Even if your not in a elective, you could still get picked for an activity during a spirit assembly. This is a great school full of students who want to and are willing to learn with the help of teachers that want to help them.”

“My son (13) has been taking piano lessons for about a year with Erin. I am struck by the level at which he is playing within a short period of time. Erin has a very unique way of teaching by allowing her students to select the music they are interested in and will adapt the piece to their playing level. Her passion for music comes through in her teaching and she ensures that it is fun for her students. We are now doing lessons via Skype, which has worked out very well. Would highly recommend Erin!”

“I've been taking voice lessons here. Both Rebekah and Emily are kind people and good instructors, with different skills and talents to offer. All of the employees here that I've met are patient and friendly, willing to help out and answer any questions you have. Beacock is probably your best bet in the Vancouver area if you want to buy some music-related equipment. I bought the Encanto piano songbook here and it was sold at a pretty good price.”

“My daughter is attending prescool at Hosanna and we are very happy with the school and teachers. Both Mrs. Thurman and Mrs. Shiela are absolutely wonderful. We will be registering for next year shortly. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the teachers, if you go to the Hosanna website, under faculty, you can clearly see the Bios of all staff members, in that you can also see that they are very well educated and have really relevant past experiences with kids.”

“If it were not for our cross-country move, we would not be leaving Noah’s Ark. Karen and her team (Terri, Sammy, Cierra…) are amazing. My toddler has only been here for a few short months, but loves going to school everyday and asks about his friends even after coming home from school. Communication and cleanliness is extremely important to us, especially when my child (who has a nut allergy) is being cared for by others and there was no shortage of communication with Karen and her team. The kind disposition and safe environment that Noah’s Ark has built is unmatched! Center-based with a small in-home feel. If you are looking for a childcare/preschool for your littles, I highly, highly recommend Noah’s Ark, hands down!! We will miss Karen and her team and only hope to find something just as good.”

“Two boys attending. Not as bad as old reviews. They are safe and happy, not the best teaching curriculum. reasonable class sizes. They no longer bus in out of area students (like they did up until a few years ago) so neighbors and friends all attending. We moved here recently to attend these schools, have not been disappointed.”

“Extremely happy with my first training visit with Anna today! I told her right off the bat i wanted to get into nerdy stuff of body mechanics and the very specific ways to support a load. She smiled - we geek out on the same things. She has an acute eye for detail, is well educated and loves what she does. So excited to continue my training!”

“I graduated 2014. I really like Skyview. Teachers were really nice and like to joke around. The other kids were generally nice. Some were loud, obnoxious, and some were mean. Other than that, the overall experience was good. Skyview is not for everybody though. The open wall concept and the high school drama will probably make some kids leave.”
